WEIGHT LOSS /HALF FULL OR HALF EMPTY!


    I should be happy that I was able to drop nearly 25 pounds since the first of the year(2015) and to this date have kept it off and not gained any of it back. I weigh each morning, watch how much I eat, and exercise each day.

     But, part of me is still not happy and wants to get another 5 to 10 pounds off. It does feel good that I have been able to maintain a regiment or "life style" that simply says I follow a daily eating style that is in moderation! I will get myself mentally ready to drop a few more pounds soon, and in the meantime I will stay the course. I won't plan on writing a book about simple moderation as no one would buy it!
