LAVONNE & YVONNE-NO HUMOR!

       Recently I returned a call to a customer and made the mistake of addressing her as Yvonne. She quickly corrected me that it was La Vonne and not Yvonne. I apologized and mentioned that my sister's name is Yvonne and another lady that I know is also named Yvonne. Besides, I told her that I'm sure she had been called worse! No response. Oh well! Some people just don't have a sense of humor.
