TWELVE DAYS OF SNACKS-NOT!


       I have mentioned that I am on a diet and am slowly losing weight--eleven pounds so far. One important element is just eating smaller portions and that part is working out well. The key for me is to think or plan each meal out and actually look forward to having what is planned. 

        The biggest objective in this overall plan has been not to have eaten "anything" past the supper hour. I never thought I could have achieved this piece of the puzzle. I have lost count somewhat, but, do know that it has been a couple of weeks abstaining my evening ritual of snacking. Stay tuned.
