Just when you thought you heard it all or wouldn't hear a particular thing, you are dead wrong!
It was like any other day and moving along very nicely until all of a sudden. A young lady was checking out at the Burg Grocery this past week when all of a sudden------.
When about half way through checking out her groceries, the young lady announced; "please put the lettuce (bagged lettuce) in a sack separately or least put it on top so it will not get smashed!" I have never heard anyone in 5 years of working as a carry-out worry about getting their lettuce CRUSHED! But, I have always said there is nothing worse than eating smashed lettuce!
