It was a great feeling Friday that I would not be cooking again until I get make from my short week getaway to Estes Park and area. It was a good feeling knowing that I would NOT be cooking or washing a dish for the next few days.
I know now why women get so excited about going on a vacation. It's not the destination so much as it is knowing that a meal will not have to be planned or prepared (assuming you eat out during your vacation.) I have always said during my life-time that planning and preparing meals is one of the toughest jobs going for usually women and/or mothers! For me, though, it can be difficult, after studying a menu, making that final decision of entree choice!
