ALWAYS & NEVER!

       Lately, one thing we keep hearing over and over again is about the President's decision to place tariffs on steel and aluminum coming into this country. Many of the congressmen being interviewed have said that it is "never good" to instill tariffs. 


          I still love hearing when someone uses the phrase "never or always" as we all know that most issues are not of an absolute basis. I remember when in school and coming across a multiple choice question where one of the choices is "always" or "never, " it is normally the wrong answer. 

       There is an exception to this principle---It is "never" good that Dennis remains overweight and it will remain bad for his health "always" if he does!
