ALL I WANTED WAS A TACO SALAD!

     While on vacation last week, the first night I had an Indian Taco at a local eatery called the "Bunk House" in Valentine, Nebraska. My sister, Doris, had what I really should have had and that was a "hot beef sandwich" with yummy gravy on white bread and mashed potatoes.

       What was really back of my mind was a simple taco salad in the eatable shell like you can get at a Taco John's. That image never left me and I didn't have or get it until I reached home. The following day, I went to the Burg Grocery and purchased an "Azteca shells that you can stick in the oven to shape. The rest was history with my favorite Salsa and sour cream. When it comes to food I'm like an elephant and don't forget!
