ON A BEAUTIFUL FALL DAY/HAD TO GET OUTSIDE!

     This afternoon I just get outside since it was such a beautiful fall day. I decided to check out any local river walks. I found one that sounded like something worth visiting.

       It was fairly close to home right in Corallville, Iowa. I visited the Iowa River Landing Wetland Park. It comprises of a two acre pond and five acre wetland area connected with an elevated walk-way. I had never seen anything like it before. 

       It was a great way to spend a couple of hours on a beautiful Iowa autumn afternoon! It's the same old story. I might remember this day with nature more so than a pro football game cooped up indoors!
