I FEEL SUNNY ON A CLOUDY DAY

     A lady this past week at the Burg grocery looked up and made a comment about "I feel sunny on a cloudy day!" There was the old Temptation's 1985 hit "I've got sunshine on a cloudy day!" I guess my point is one can see how songs get written or thought up!

         One of my favorite music trivia stories was the one about the song  recorded originally by Tommy James and the Shondells  in 1968 called MONY MONY! The story goes that whomever had written the song was inspired by walking down a street in New York City and looking up at a sign that was advertising Mutual Of New York. MONY! The rest is musical history!

      Maybe I should write a song about "I feel sunny on a cloudy day!"
