GARAGE SALE/ BUY HIGH- SELL LOW!

      Every time I have a garage sale like today I say it will be my last. This will be my last. I had one good buyer right at 8 o'clock AM and he bought several items. Since I set it up as a "free will" offering on everything, I let him decide the price.

      For the things he bought he paid me about 3 times what I was actually thinking. Came out pretty well and now I don't really care if I sell anything else. I made more on that one sale than I have in 3 previous sales in this town. Still, the basic principle in having a garage sale is you always have things that you bought "high" and now are selling "low!" I hope you do better on the stock market!
