WHAT'S W/ THAT BATHROOM SIGN?

         Yesterday morning while at the movie theater in Iowa City, Iowa, I had to use the restroom before leaving. I can always tell which is which by the little signs that show one with a straight figure that resembles a man. The other sign across from it, women's, shows a stick figure, but, with you assume is a dress or skirt. 

        It struck me funny that this day and age many women don't even wear dresses or skirts. Will that type of sign be misunderstood a few years from now? Why can't public places just show MEN or WOMEN. Don't be cute by showing Grandma or Grandpa, Hombre/Mujer or some other silly reference. For most of us we don't need to waste time by trying to decipher the difference between  Or, at least make the sign bigger so I can make out that dress!
