BEST LEFTOVER EVER!

     I've never been big on leftovers with a few exceptions. And, even then I alternate with something new the following night and then the leftover. I just like looking forward to something new--my treat or reward if you will. I'm always thinking about that next new taste sensation.

          But, this past week I made a big dish of lasagna that I had not made for a Coons Age. I made enough that I stretched it out over four meals. Even down to the last meal of it last night, it was still as enjoyable as the first time. Throwing in a tasty side salad and a slice or two of garlic bread didn't hurt either!
