4 CUPS COFFEE-HURRAH!


         Early this morning, I watched a health segment with a report concerning, again, coffee consumption. The jest of it was that drinking 4 cups of coffee, regular or de-caf, was basically good for you. Some of the pluses were aiding memory, skin cancer , liver, memory, and of course living longer in general.

      I always enjoy receiving news like that about my health. It also makes me feel good hat I ditched the Diet Coke habit about 3 years ago and am down to just water, coffee, and some 1% milk. Don't get me wrong. I do on occasion have some lemonade,  ice-tea, cool-aid, and on a special occasion revert to a Diet Coke! Now I need somebody to tell me that my evening nap will help me live to 98!
