RENDEZVOUS W/ FRIENDS @ MAID-RITE!

       Yesterday afternoon, Saturday, 4/7/2018, I met up with long time friends, Judy and Jerry Roberts, at Taylor's Maid Rite in Marshalltown, Iowa, for a bite to eat. Our final destination was the Auditorium at the Meskwaki Casino to see The Roy Orbison/ Everly Brothers-"Reimagined."

         As usual, around the Supper hour, Taylor's was packed and as usual the "loose meat treat" was outstanding as was my vanilla malt with my normal "double shot" of malt to make it more like a malt from a time long ago. 

            The only thing that kept me from ordering two Maid-Rites was the fact that I will be in Marshalltown in a couple of weeks when my window cleaning season begins. One of the main reasons I kept my Window Cleaning business in Marshalltown, after moving to Williamsburg years ago, was to return on occasion and visit Taylor's! I may not be the brightest bulb on the tree but----!
