OLD PRESURE COOKER-BEST POPCORN EVER!

      I have mentioned this observation a couple of different times through the years, but, it came to light again this past week-end at the auction in Tama, Iowa. A vintage metal pressure cooker was purchased by someone, and I could not help but remember how moist "real" popcorn can be prepared, stove top, in one of these classic kitchen aids. 

      Years ago, I had one and would prepare my popcorn in that devise with the lid just slightly ajar so as not to build up too much pressure. It is what real popcorn should taste like.
