WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO SKIN A CAT?

      Someone at the Burg Grocery on who knows what topic brought up the fact that there is "more than one way to skin a cat!" First of all, who would want to skin a cat or do it in more than one way? As a cat lover, I take offense, sort of, that we would still use this expression. It did come from an older lady which explains most of it. I'll let you google up the various derivations of the expression.
