LAUREL CAR CLUB- "ROAD SAINTS!"

        This past week I was in my car listening to the 50's XM station and the "I Get Around" was playing by the Beach Boys. For some reason I thought back when a few of the upper class-men at Laurel Consolidated School started and belonged to a car club called the "Road Saints!"

         That was all the rage back in the 1950's around the entire country. It was cool to see  classic cars of the 1950's with these metal plaques hanging from the back bumper. These guys were not any kind of or part of a "hoodie" gang. They were just a bunch of high school guys that had a love of cars!
